We aim at delivering and installing your curtains within 5-8 weeks of your order. The price for delivery and installation is from 4.500 DKK. If you wish shipping of your rails and curtains the price will be defined regarding the amount of products and final shipping address. Prices for deliveries to other locations are established from project to project. Unfortunately, we are not able to send rails to foreign countries due to shipping complications, but we are happy to guide you to the best retailer near you.
Nothing is more important to us than you feeling safe when purchasing our curtains. That is why we put so much emphasis on ensuring everything goes smoothly during installation, making sure your curtain is adapted to your space.
Our installers spar directly with you to ensure that the railing is mounted the way you desire. We highly recommend that you are on-site for the fitting. If this is not possible, we mount the curtains after your instructions, but be aware that your claiming rights regarding railing placement will lapse if you are not present.
A couple of weeks before delivery you will be contacted to find an exact installation time that fits your schedule.
We design our curtains on a made-to-measure and made-to-order basis, therefore full returns are not possible. In case of any manufacturing or weaving faults, we will re-deliver your curtains without extra charge.
Be aware that fabrics are a ‘living’ material, meaning that some natural stretch and slight variation in length (+/-1,5 cm) can occur. The specified width of curtains is approximate.
